The first event is dinner at 6 p.m. in Tel Aviv. For returning home\, we advise you to look for flights which leave in the early hours of March 12. Most transatlantic flights leave between midnight and 6 a.m. We recommend arriving at the airport three hours before your scheduled departure\, so you might need to leave for the airport the day before your flight. If you need to book an extra night at the hotel\, let us know immediately. \n\n\n\nDo I need a visa?Yes. You must apply for the ETA-IL entry permit ($7\, takes 1–2 days for approval) at least 72 hours before departure. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months. \n\n\n\nHow do I get to and from the airport?Take a taxi from the airport to the hotel ($50–75\, cash or card). It takes about one hour to get to Tel Aviv. The process is the same upon departure. \n\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements\nDo I need to be fit?Moderate fitness helps. Most days involve 2–4 miles of walking in the sun with rest stops. You will encounter stone paths\, uneven terrain\, and 50–100 steps at some sites. \n\n\n\nIf you can walk 30–45 minutes at a time and manage stairs\, you will do great.
