About Beit Emet

Coming to the U.S. from Germany in 2007, Kirill Swiderski and his wife started a small outreach in Chicago, which resulted in a few people coming to faith. That resulted in the birth of this congregation. Today it consists of 33 members. At first, it was only four people. They came together every week, had Bible studies, and prayed together for more people to join them. Shortly after, they started inviting friends, co-workers, and family members.

They also started getting to know more people in the Russian-Jewish community. They started getting together in a small northern suburb of Chicago, where there was a large Russian-Jewish community, but no congregation or outreach. As time passed, people heard of them from friends and became interested. Today, they are a big family and are seeing more and more people joining them.
