Administrative Support to the President’s Office

Position: Full-time/40 hours per week
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this position will provide administrative support to the office of the President, specifically to the Executive Assistant to the President. The ASPO reports to the Executive Assistant to the President. Common tasks include:
- Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, emailing, preparing physical mailings
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Sort, distribute and respond to incoming correspondence
- Reconcile and submit monthly credit card statements
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reimbursement forms
- Assist in scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Assist in communicating with pastors and churches
- Coordinate small in-office events and provide hospitality
- Fill out various reports (itineraries, expenses, reimbursement, etc.)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Applications, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Mac computers
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Good written and oral communication skills
- A self-starter, with excellent time management skills; able to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced office
- Well-organized, thorough, accurate, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to keep confidence and work in an atmosphere of confidentiality
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills; uses sound, critical judgment
- Aptitude for working with numbers
- Strong social skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- High School Diploma or above
- Preferred minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative capacity
