Marketing & Inventory Coordinator
Chosen People Ministries is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Inventory Coordinator for our Florida office to support our mission of reaching the Jewish community and educating the Church on God’s plan for Israel. This is a part time position.
In this role within our Church Ministries department, you will manage our complete resource inventory—including books, brochures, Judaica, and media—by balancing target stock levels, forecasting seasonal demand, and analyzing unit costs against storage fees. You will oversee product data and pricing updates in FileMaker Pro, process large customer orders through our logistics partner (JPL), verify vendor invoices, and coordinate campaign materials (such as President’s Letter reply cards and newsletters) to ensure seamless fulfillment and stewardship.
