Her Eyes Were Opened
Rebecca* sensed something was missing in her life, but she was not sure exactly what it was . . . or where to find it.
Her Jewish identity and traditions gave her a framework for her beliefs, but they fell short somehow. She just did not feel complete.
As she grappled with what to do next, she was drawn to visit a church in her hometown in Tennessee. Week after week she went, and each time she learned more about Jesus, the Messiah.
But things really clicked for Rebecca when Shimon* and Sarah* visited the church where Rebecca had been attending. Sarah’s teaching on the deep Jewish roots of Christianity and the Jewishness of Yeshua (Jesus) moved Rebecca deeply. She was hungry for more.
At the close of the teaching, Rebecca approached Sarah and was excited to share what she had experienced. She said, “Your teaching was so encouraging. I have a new understanding of the New Testament now—thank you!” After about 20 minutes of conversation, they exchanged contact information.
Several months went by. Then one day, Sarah received an email from Rebecca. “I’m overwhelmed with joy! My eyes have been opened to the reality of who Yeshua is, and I’ve accepted him as my Messiah and Savior. Hallelujah!”
Praise God for this new daughter of the King! Thank you for being part of her testimony, and please pray for her continued spiritual growth.

A Divine Connection
In the Oregon town where she lives, Rachel* felt rather alone. She needed friends, a community, and a place to belong.
Rachel had Jewish roots, but by her late 20s her family had lost connection with their community because there is very little Jewish life in the area where they live.
Providentially, she located a seminar hosted by a Jewish couple that was not too far away. Rachel was interested in the Jewish feasts, so she decided to go, even though it was hosted by a Christian church. Maybe she would learn something about herself there . . . maybe learn more about Jewish practices . . . maybe she would even make a friend or two.
God had other plans for her that day. The teaching about Yeshua that Rachel heard pierced her heart and touched her soul like nothing she had ever experienced before. She just had to find out more about this Messiah!
At the close of the seminar, she found the teacher and pastor of the church. After some conversation, Rachel said “yes” to Yeshua as Messiah and Savior. She found her home in Him, her community, and a future she never imagined.
Thank you for praying for people like Rachel—and for your generosity that enables divine appointments like these. Hearts and lives are changed!

Teddy Bears for Tender Hearts
The children in southern Israel have been suffering since war broke out. For some, conflict is all they have ever known.
Although the missiles from Iran have lessened and families have slowly returned to a semblance of normal life after spending hours in bomb shelters each day, life is still hard. Trauma is etched on the tender hearts of children.
But compassionate friends—Christians from the United States—wanted to send a little bit of comfort and joy to these little ones. These long-distance friends sent teddy bears and the love of Jesus to the children.
Other friends from Israel distributed the cuddly teddy bears to the children, and several families heard the message of the gospel at the same time. The families were so grateful for God’s love shown to their children in a tangible way, and they were touched to know that Christians from America made it possible.
Please pray for the many children and families who received a bear. Pray that they recognize God’s love for them, and pray they ultimately put their faith in Yeshua, the one who offers true hope, comfort, and peace. Praise God for the reports of rising numbers of Israelis who have come to faith during the last couple of years.
