Your Mission Report: November 2026

In Japan: you are bringing hope to a heart carrying deep wounds.

October Mission Report

On October 7, 2023, Aviel’s* life changed forever.

The young Israeli woman survived the Hamas massacre by hiding in a bomb shelter for three days until the Israel Defense Forces rescued her. But she did not escape unscathed. One of her closest friends was killed in the attack, and the trauma has stayed with her ever since.

Before October 7, Aviel did not believe in God. But after surviving that tragedy, she found herself wrestling with life’s deepest questions. Why did this happen? Is there a God? And if so, where was He?

When Aviel met our team in Japan, they made time to listen. They heard her story, prayed with her, and gently shared the hope found in Yeshua, the promised Messiah. He understands the depth of human suffering, because He Himself suffered for us. And today, He offers forgiveness, peace, and through His resurrection, the hope of eternal life.

Aviel gladly accepted a Hebrew Bible containing both the Old and New Testaments, and she shared a sincere desire to begin reading the Scriptures for herself.

Please pray for Aviel as she reads God’s Word and that she will come to faith in Yeshua, her Messiah and Savior.

In Ukraine: you are shining the gospel in the middle of war.

2605 NL Feinberg 1 1

Ukraine is now in its fifth year of war. More than one million men have been killed and more than two million wounded. Over 7.5 million people have fled the country, and the economy has been devastated. Every day and every night, missiles and drones strike.

Yet in the middle of so much darkness, the light of the gospel is shining.

The believers in our Messianic congregations remain faithful and courageous. They are not only standing strong through incredibly hard circumstances, they are also helping and encouraging others.

Together, they continue to proclaim the name of Messiah Yeshua, especially to Jewish people and also to Gentiles (Romans 1:16).

Evangelistic outreach continues among youth, children, and the elderly in every congregation. And one ministry is especially important in these days of war: caring for wounded soldiers and those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder in hospitals.

God is bringing people to Himself. In the fifteen Messianic congregations Chosen People Ministries is helping, more than forty people have come to faith in Yeshua in 2026 alone.

Please pray for these new believers as they grow in faith, and for the congregations who continue to serve so faithfully in the midst of war.

Rebuilding Israel 1

In Israel: you are opening doors through simple acts of love.

October Mission Report 2

For our team in Israel, this summer was filled with opportunities to share God’s love.

Through children’s and youth camps, many young people heard the gospel—some for the very first time! Seeds of God’s Word were planted in their hearts, and new relationships were built with their families.

Now as the new school year begins, the team is distributing 200 backpacks filled with school supplies to families in need.

It may seem like a small gift. But these practical expressions of love often become the beginning of meaningful relationships, opening the door for our team to pray with families, visit their homes, and share the hope we have in Yeshua.

And the fruit is real. Last year, this same outreach brought more than ten families into local congregations, where they came to faith in the Lord. Today, they continue to be active members of their congregations.

Please pray that the seeds planted at this summer’s camps will continue to grow and bear fruit, and that the Lord will prepare the hearts of every family who receives a backpack this fall.

Chosen People Ministries is driven by a desire to see people coming to faith, especially the Jewish people. The apostle Paul wrote, “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17). Please help us continue to proclaim the Word by making a generous donation today.
